Can an automated email be generated retrieving the information from specific fields in the form that has been filled up by an end user.
For Ex: A scenario where an end user opens an incident of application for pension benefits using a top desk form in SSP. Can an automated email be generated that extracts information from specific fields like social security number, Account Number etc. filled up by the end user in the form that can be used to forward to the taxation department to get confirmation/ denial from them.
